Abstract 

Cystic endometrial hyperplasia-pyometra complex has been reported in ferrets on occasion; however, there is not yet enough information or available caseload to fully understand the pathophysiology of this presentation. The purpose of this case report is to describe cystic endometrial hyperplasia-pyometra complex in 2 neutered females presented to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia.
